PrecisionSlice™ Upright Mandoline

The Cuisinart PrecisionSlice™ Upright Mandoline combines ease and versatility with an upright design that ensures hands are kept away from the blades. Equipped with Cuisinart’s exclusive food processor blade technology, this innovative kitchen essential transforms fruits and vegetables into perfectly uniform slices, dices and thin and thick julienne strips. Adjust the sliders to change between cutting options and simply turn the control knob for 40 adjustable thickness options, from 1 mm to 8 mm. The extra-wide feed tube easily accommodates larger cuts of food to minimize trimming, and the slanted, gravity-fed design ensures smooth, effortless slicing. Compact and foldable, with a custom attachable collection container and cleaning brush, this mandoline set is constructed for convenient self-storage.
